FINRITE/HOLLARD CASH INSURANCE IS THE WORST

I have been double debited for my 3 cash insurance policies i have with them through Edgars, i called on the 25th June and explained to them i was double debited and they advised they will refund me. I got an sms on Monday 28th June for only 2 policies advising they acknowlege they have double debited and a refund has bee processed within 5-7 workings, today is he 9th July and i still didnt get any refund yet, i called and they sending me from pillar to post and i am so angry as im wasting my airtime, i am holding on the phone for 25 minues and no luck. Finrite i want my refund for the 3 policies i have with you, i cannot wait to cancel this insurance after my last claim i have with you. you guys are the worse.
