Finrite,Edgars, RCS,IUA,Hollard

On the 22nd of December my husband i lost our phones .which are hardly 4 months in our possession. Both devices were insured under Finrite , a Iphone 7 at the value of R8000 and Samsung Note 9 at the value of R12000.

The claim is currently pending due to 2 outstanding payments. I have made calls to IUA and Rcs. There are several conversation with agents seeking help on where to pay the outstanding amounts yet still theres no resolution. The Edgars account was closed recently as it was blocked during

Why am i the one given the runaround whereas Finrite ,Edcon and RCS should have had a plan in place for their clients while migrating accounts .

I have wasted money and time .
