I 've submitted my claim on the 25th of October 2019 for a P20 lite and i had to chase for feedback, finally on the 5th of November 2019 i received mail offering me a replacement device(y7) which is a downgrade. What happened to replacing the insured device with the same value. I'm covered for R5000, paying a subscription worth more than what I'm offered and I'm not accepting this insult and excuse for a replacement. If you fail to assist clients with integrity just shut the hell down and competent people will take over.
