FINRITE - you're not good enough for Vodacom!!!

My experience to date has been mixed between ok, and rather disappointing. The query is not resolved and the frustrating part is management are unavailable for a full two weeks - dozens of emails and still no sign of resolve.... Please I'm waiting...
