Finrite worst insurance company ever

We had a housebreaking in May last year and held hostage, as if that trauma wasn't enough, my husband has been trying everytime he gets home hence he is working overseas and only comes back every 2nd month and everytime he calls finrite no one answer their phones I'd they do they can't find his contract and promised to call him back , he even gave up but the sad things he pays his premium every month, it's been almost a year now and the kids have not tablets and he took those contracts so they can use it the tablets at school now we had to buy them laptops but he is paying every month, am sitting without a phone as well but the insurance is being paid monthly. Iam so go gatvol with finrite, can't wait for this contract to end with telkom
