Finrite won't cancel my insurance.

I've literally been trying to cancel my insurance since 8 October 2019. I'm still being charged for the insurance I've cancelled to this day. I've been told to contact Telkom to cancel the insurance and Telkom tells me to contact Finrite. Neither company seems to have a cancellation process put in place.
