Finrite will not give back my phone after a year and 2 months

Its been a year since my phone was taken in for repairs at the wonderpark telkom shop. It took telkom over 4 months to have my phone taken in for repairs. Around may/ june 2020 I was finally given the name of the insurance and the lady helping me said that iPhone repairs/ replacements was a nightmare under Finrite. After months of no response from finrite they sent an email saying i should pay R2000 which is 10% of the value of the repairs. By this time my iPhone X was below R20000 in value therefore i couldn't understand where this amount came from. Its been a year an 2 months now and i still dont have my phone.
