Finrite weakest service ever!

Finrite is the weakest insurance company I've ever came a cross with. My first phone they took them more then a year to replace. Then my second phone for repair, it's now more then 8 months, I'm still waiting for. After I've phone them many time I went to shop many time. The people at the shop know me coming for the same thing and I believe there's many others. Still they've not send my phone. I've phone them now two time they say they'll send the phone, now I've to go again to shop and phone them again so that they can send my phone. This is after I've being to shop many many time just to get them. Many time I've to wait a hour long before they pick up, then they hung up on you and never phone back. And bad thing is Edgar's can not help you but they've refer finrite to you. How can Edgar's that's RCS now allow their customers being treated like this.
