Finrite utterly disgusted

To my utter dismay when I finally thought that all my problems was sorted out by finrite and that I could get another phone I was told that I have to pay an excess to edgar's after finrite gave me no opinion but to pay the excess to them. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed at the handling of my claim by finrite. I have always been the one who has to contact them for feedback and after over 22 emails later I still have a problem.
