Finrite! Three weeks no pay out for a cell phone. Worst service

Finrite Administrators are really the worst. Three weeks to process a cell phone claim??? A mere cell phone! They don't even get back to you to let you know how things are going. No service at all. I really don't know how Telkom uses this insurance. Pure nonsense.
