Finrite The Worst Insurance Company Ever!!!!!!!!

This is the worst insurance company ever. I'm so disappointed with their service. My caim was approved and I paid the required excess fee. On the 19th of August I received an sms that I will be contacted to provide my delivery address which they did phone and i gave my address and i was told they will send me a waybill number. I waited and waited for that to happen and i phoned them to follow up. They then told me their supplier don't have the device in stock and gave me an option to choose from 3 smilar devices which I did and they promised to send me a waybill no. Again I was the one phoning them for an update. They kept saying theyre still waiting for the waybill number. I phoned again a week later and this time they are telling me that the supplier have the initial device in stock and won't be sending me that 2nd option device. Again the process of waiting for the waybill started and I was promised they will phone me the same day to give me an update. Nothing was done. I'm so fed up with running in circles with Finrite. I'm tired of always being the one reminding them to do their job. As I type this, I phoned them again. I'm on the line with one of their consultants, it's been 15 minutes waiting while she's trying to find out the latest with my phone. I lost count of the money spent on airtime to phone this useless company. LESEGO then gets back to me aying the supplier has the device in stock but they cant confirm when they will send them the waybill number. Finrite i'm so tired of you, the worst thing i've ever done is to take up your insurance with Telkom.
