Finrite The ********

After a month battling with Finrite in order for them to replace me with a new phone, of which they finally did do so. The complaint of this report comes from the fact that the so called brand new phone that Finrite gave me was/is damaged as i could not hear what people are saying over the phone. The conclusion was that i should send the phone to the nearest Telkom outlet for the phone to be booked. My main concern is that they are planning to repair not to replace the phone and they damages on the phone were not caused by me meaning that the product itself is faulty. This means that they are going to give me the same damaged phone which i must in the long run keep sending back to them. Does this procedure that they want to follow comply with the National Consumer Act amendment 6?

You shortly feed back means another month to wait. If you are going resend me the same damaged device after it had been to your repair center you might as well keep it and on my side i will see what other alternative consumer rights I can embark on to resolve this matter.
