Finrite the most useless insurance Company

Finrite who are the company that Vodacom Uses to insure your cell phone. My Phone is insured with vodacom so with Finrite. I broke the screen. Sent the phone in. Sorry not covered because I did not have the correct sim card in at the time. They refused to pay. I asked 5 other insurance firms to insure my phone. I asked them all- Does the Sim card in the phone have any bearing on the payout if I break my screen. Everybody's response. Sim card has no bearing on the phone as they insure the hand set not the phone. It took 5 weeks before they answered or responded to my call. Only reason they responded was because Vodacom sent them a message. Try Phoning Finrite to lodge a claim ***. Do not insure with these people. They are useless.
