Finrite The Great ******

I had my device stole on the 21st of August 2017 and according to Finrite the usage report that the received from Telkom is that i last used the device on the 1st February 2016 , surprisingly this information is not showed to me which happens between Finrite & Telkom behind my back. What puzzles me is that its basic common sense to track the phone is the IMEI number which will display when the phone was lastly used. My frustration comes at the fact that days are going by and i dont have a cellphone and come month end both Finrite and Telkom will do their monthly debit orders yet im sitting without a cellphone. The serious concern is that should Finrite and Telkom be allowed to continuously exploit people while they are allowed to run their *****ed businesses, because every time when one has to deal with them the situation is worse than hell.
