Finrite The Devils

Finrite claims that i last used my device with the IMEI ********** ********** 3 on the st February 2016 yet the device was ****** on the 21st of August 2017 using the same IMEI number. The period of which that Finrite claims that i last used the device it was actually booked for repairs with them, fortunately i was successfully found emails along with a stamped affidavit dated the 1st of February 2016 which were about processing payment for the claim to repair the screen. After sending Finrite evidence that stipulates that my device was with them for a period of three months from February 2016 they still dispute that.

I dont have the enegry anymore to fight over what is obvious instead why they dont just come up and say that they dont want to process my claim. They just dont want to replace my handset yet they have been deducting from my bank account for two years. They are the worst ******* which they should not be allowed to legally operate as business. Finrite should be closed
