Finrite that doesn't want to cancel my insurance

<p>Foschini Finrite is flippen the worst insurance company ever <br />On December 2016 I decided to close of my account totally so I paid the money I was owing to foschini but I was not told to cancel my phone insurance as well but fine</p> <p>On January 2017 again I went to foschini to close the insurance and I paid balance due which was R93 and I filled in a cancellation form for insurance and the lady that assisted me said by end of Feb everything will be closed off , last week I received statement from foschini stating that my balance I need to pay is R112 when I go there they are telling me that the insurance has not been cancelled at all but on the system it shows that I signed the cancellation form on the 29th of January and what I hate is the fact that money I am owing is increasingly and whenever I call them they are telling me they will cancel it straight away which they never do</p> <p>Can you please hellopeter help me this is driving me crazy because I cannot pay an account which I settled on December last year with the hope of not having any account on my name</p>
