Finrite Telkom phone insurance

My name is Mana Mtwa id no *** and current contact ***. I was ****** my phone and i submitted my claim on the 10th January 2020 at Finrite Telkom insurance. i was told that i will get feedback within 48 hours and even to date nothing was ever communicated. i called them 5 times to follow up and i had to wait at least 40 minutes to go through. when i finally go through they just tell me that my claim was received and it is not yet accessed, i mean the whole month? i don't even know who to turn my back to anymore. should i reverse my payments and stop paying it wont take long before i'm blacklisted. This is a ridiculous,inconsiderable service i have ever experienced.
