Finrite (Telkom Insurance) "how can we mess up your life?"

Finrite is the most horrible insurance ever! I have a claim Ref No: TC007288 for over two months! I still pay them but I do not have my cellphone! Last week I was told to pay excess of R750 which I did. When I call they drop the phone and no one picks up! In their last email they claim delivery ********** 313) and says Go on to www.courierit.co.za to track how far the handset is. When I call Courierit they say they don't have the phone!
