You guys honestly don't deserve even that 1 star. Every time I call to get an update from your so called experience agents I am told different stories. I don't know the status of my claim even now because of the most *********** people I have dealt with there. They promise to call and never do so, they keep asking for the information on documents I submitted a while back at the start of the claim process. They keep telling me call and check up on my claim after every 72 working hours and yet no movement on the claim whatsoever. I am definitely roping inn STI Ombudsman on this. I have never had to deal with such incompetence in my entire life, you guys fail badly at TCF and the ombudsman needs to shut you down surely there are companies who are willing to operate in that space with fully cooperating staff members on board not you guys. I am definitely taking my premiums elsewhere and would encourage anyone who has cover from this company to also walk away from it. THEY OFFER NO SATISFACTORY SERVICE AT ALL FOR OUR HARD EARNED MONIES>
