Finrite stole my money!!

Finrite initiated an accidental damage insurance policy on my and my husband's cell phone accounts without our knowledge or consent. They then debited a second premium on each account even though I had brought this to their attention. I have been dealing with them since 13th November, made about 13 calls and spent HOURS on the phone. Still, they have not refunded me. This is theft!!
