finrite *****s and lies to take our money

I claimed for the cell phone insurance I took out with my cell contract which was around this time last year. I was ****** in town on 14.05.15 and claimed on the 15-05-2015 at Cell C in Bayside Mall, table view,ct. Cellc faxed my affidavit, ID (C) of my insurance. I was told that an administrator would call me within 2-3 working days 2 finalise my claim so that i can go n get my voucher 4 a replacement . Till today am still waiting for that call. It has been 1 &a half months. Its one excuse after the other. Lies. Now the new thing ur falsely accusing me for not receiving payment. Its a debit order, so stop lying. I'm right u r wrong. If there were issues ur job is to contact me. U didn't follow procedure. I've paid every month my statements were faxed as well. I don't have time to play ur game. I want my voucher I don't want any excuses. no more explaining. I owe u nothing I have done my side I have explained this now 4 the millionth time what more is there to this. I swear I'll sue u, I'll report u 2 the cpa tribunal if u don't get my voucher sorted out now. I will make a video & post it on youtube 2expose u I will go to the papers I
