Finrite service sucks big time

I lost mybphonr on the 30th of Feb 2019. I filled claim forms on the 22nd and I was told that I will get a call after 24hrs. I didn't hear from them and I've been calling them every second day no answer until on the 9th I missed their call. I continued to call them till today I don't even know whether it was approved or not. Their service sucks
