Finrite service is the worst!!

I am not one to bash out anyone! But I swear the service from you guys is appalling! As a customer I am the one to call literally ALL the time only to be **** to. My phone was supposedly ordered 3 weeks ago from a supplier, called Monday just to check in and I was told that they were still waiting for the tracking number from the supplier but should receive it within two days, here I am giving it time-mind you this is the story I've been getting bang I call today and the lady tells me that the supplier is actually offline and doesn't know when they will start operating!! I mean what in the actual **** is that?? Sorry for the ill language but honestly Your service is pathetic!! Can I please get my phone? Please do right by your customers! It is too much!!
