Finrite ********

It's been four months since I cancelled my iPhone insurance with Finrite. Have been calling them every week and on each call I'm told the matter has been escalated to the supervisor or manager. Finrite has never stopped debting from my account and I cannot reverse the debit order because it's together with my vodacom monthly premium. I spoke to Ntabisengi who sounded as if she'll really take the matter seriously but had to call again after the debt order of October went through and I saw that Finrite still takes my money after canceling because I had to pay up for my own phone's repairs. Last week I spoke to Phyllis, who told it's being rejected by cancellation. Why would a cancellation be rejected I asked she said she doesn't know but will forward the matter. I am gatvol with this insurance I want All my money back including the money I paid for the repairs. It's frustrating and disgusting at the same time
