I booked my phone is over 2 Months Ago for Repairs When i took out the insurance they advised me that the Excess is R1000.00 according the the documents i signed. i have been battling to get assistance every week calling holding on for over a hour each time each time i am advised that someone will get back to me but no one does this morning the lady i spoke to was so rude telling me to send the invoice again only than will they determine the excess this is a ******* they make you sign for one thing but want to do another
