Finrite Responded but i am still not happy

On the 20th of June at 12.12 Gerrit Visser frim Finrite send me an email to advise that they hereby acknowledge receipt of the complaint from Hellopeter and have investigated the matter accordingly. Kindly take note that we will revert back with feedback on Monday morning gave me a reference 23271 but he then came back with feedback on the 22th of June 2015 wanting me to send an email to explain why I am disputing the claim that were declined by the underwriters Hollard send to him today on the 23th I send an email as per Gerrit Visser email and I am awaiting for him to revert back as I am really unhappy and I want this sorted out as soon as possible <br> <br> <br>
