Finrite possibly BOGUS

Can FinnRite and Vodacom please let us in on what's happening with their insurance company. I've never missed a payment with my cellphone insurance but when I need my phone fixed they are unavailable? How many more weeks will I wait? Howcome the Vodacom stores are also unable to get a hold of their insurance company??? Cannot wait to finish paying off my contract and move as far away as possible from this network because WOOOW I am dying without my phone.
