Finrite please do not delay your process do it right first time

I lost my two phones and claimed immediately I did register my claim and process all the documents they need now when I email to Linda Kinloch she / he said my claim is at verification department and they experience a backlog I mean due to short of the staff and they will call me ounce claim has been verified,

but i mean we pay insurance not to be stressed its about a whole week with out a phone and I am using my phone for my important things.
