Finrite phone insurance

I have insured my phone for with Game Finrite 'Holland' insurance I have been paying my premium for almost 4 years now, then I lost my phone and called to claim, my airtime got depleted before end of the call, instead of them calling back I got the message saying i should email the supporting documents, which ones? I didn't know so I just sent affidavit and my ID copy. 4 days later it was me who call again to check my status they say they have approved my claim and i should send R230 access I sent it, 3 days later i call and ask if they have received my proof of payment they gave a new email address to sent POP. I then topped up to get a NoVa 8i for sent the POP nothing is communicated to me yet its been 5 days already with no communication or tracking number, Please don't insure anything with finrite they are very poor with communication and don't take their customer serious
