Finrite only responds to complaints on Hellopeter

Finrite only responds to complaints on Hellopeter. Since my last review, I have emailed them and had zero response. Kubeshnie Narainsami, Andile Mkwa****, Natasha Classen - all of them are not responding. Going on my third month trying to have my pone replaced :(
