FINRITE NOT TRANSPARENT (VODACOM)

Finrite is a ****.

They take you from pillar to pole. Why my Vodacom comprehensive insurance is still not being re-instated. what will happen when my phone is damaged or ****** ? i never missed any payment but i am now being told that am not insured. I have paid every month and all that goes through the drain. I just need my money back end of story.

I called *** under Vodacom network service provider but nothing has been done till date...

I NEED MY PREMIUMS BACK if am not covered. Insurance activation 2019-01-08 under Vodacom System without de-activation date how possible is that?

Please make my day and pay back all my premiums back.
