Finrite not giving feedback
<p>Why do I have cellphone insurance with a company that always promise to give feedback but never does. I have to phone them and follow up just to be told bull**. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why does companies make use of FINRITE as their insurance administrator if FINRITE is going to be the reason I close my account with Foschini's!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Contact me for once and give feedback because the next step I take will be with the Ombudsman and so on. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Irene from Finrite in regards to this complaint. She was very friendly and helpfull and also advised me that my claim has been approved. Thank you soo much for this Irene. You have no idea what a hassle it is to follow up from my side just to be told that there is something else missing, from pages of an Affidavid to pages of the claim form even stamps that I've seen is on the page is missing, even signatures on pages where there is not even space provided to sign. Irene, thank you again. PS: I will change the star rating as soon as I have the new phone. :-)
