Finrite no service

This company irritates me,I’ve been calling them for weeks and almost everyday these past two weeks and they never call me back except one lady called Xolile and a guy called Thuto I was given a waybill number that cannot be tracked and it’s been 6 days since I’ve received it.I was promised that I would receive my handset before the week ends but hey low and behold nothing.Agents cannot get hold of Telkom suppliers so that’s their job done and dusted.I have never in my life had to deal with such nonsense before.How is it that this company deals with a supplier that never answers their calls? I have been with Telkom since 2013 ,I have 3 lines with them so I don’t pay pennie****cess paid and phone less for 2months.I wouldn’t recommend Finrite administrators for personal cellphone insurance,Id rather go through a renowned company .
