Finrite No Service!!

Have been waiting for my insurance claim since March, have paid their excess fee and have chosen a device with cost value less than my original device becuase of their poor service and to date i am still waiting. No communication, multiple calls to the call center and still get nothing. Where else can I escalate, please help.
