FINRITE NIGHTMARE

Finrite is the most disgusting and *********** entity i've ever encountered.They administer the Hollard funeral cover i have. They didn't debit my account for 2 months,July and August when i called to enquire they told me that my policy lapsed in june. when i asked what triggered the policy to lapse i was advised that if payment is not received for 3 months consecutively then the policy lapses. mind you i've never missed a payment since i joined from 2019 until after the june 2021 payment they got then stopped debiting. i've been calling them from last week Thursday till today. they taking me from pillar to post trying to explain unfathomable reason why the policy lapse. sent them the bank statement which clearly shows the payments but they still trying to come with ******* excuses to ensure that at the end of day my policy is not reinstated. what i've observed from this disgusting entity is ************** against the black community as do other organizations in SA. So guys i plead with u to be vigilant with this money sucking scheme that's taking place at finrite.
