finrite more like finwrong sucky

Finrite service sux. Im one of their unhappy customers due to how they are handling my cellphone claim, its close to a month now without hearing from them, calling them also does not help because of those clueless agents whom they trained to say sorry theres nothing more we can do. 72hrs for a claim to be settled by them is a lie.its unfortunate that i didnt know exact would choose a kaaky insurer like finrite for its customers
