Finrite lies!!! No one has contacted me

Finrite is dishonest, they rep**** to my Hello Peter comment and said that one of their customer service people would contact me and NO ONE has contacted me. On the contrary, every morning I call them now to get a status update and to no avail. Absolutely useless!!! Please do not get insurance with these guys, they do not care to deliver at claim stage. Telkom, please rethink your insurance partner. Truly disgusting service
