Finrite *** service

I'm so disappointed with these people. I sent my sisters phone in 4weels ago! The only update I ever received from them was an sms saying they recieved the claim and step 1 will be assessment, that sms came in on the 30th May! They have never bothered to even call or sms me about the update and each time I followed up I would be asked questions regarding the claim which they did not bother to call and ask me those questions. Had I know been following, it's obvious I would never have know what is going on or even get my claim processed. I called them again this morning 17th June and I was asked more question and the lady I spoke to only approved my claim while I was on the line with her. Only then I'm told they will fetch the phone from the store i I took it too in 1 to 3days and the phone will only be sent to the repair centre which will take the repair centre plus minus 7days! This is nonsense! People I'm warning you about taking insurance from Finrite! They are useless! This company is very useless be warned
