FINRITE IS THE WORST INSURANCE EVER! WHY DOES VODACOM EVEN WORK WITH THEM

They lie and claim that they will call you back whereas they know they wont. Today i spent 3 hours trying to get to talk to a consultant. Why are you like this. When its time to collect payments you never delay but when we ask for help you take your time. This is inconveniencing and annoying . Can my claim please be processed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
