Finrite is the worst insurance company I have ever come across

I am at my wits end with finrite. My phone was taken in for repairs in March 2020 and I still have not received it back. I have made numerous phone calls only to be placed on hold for 15min and have the phone dropped in my ear. I have tried to go to Telkom to request assistance and they too could not help. I paid the excess amount of R1460 that they requested only to be informed that my insurance was cancelled without notification to me. I informed them to return my phone and money then only to receive an sms in October to say that my claim was being processed. This company has put me off phone insurance and my contract with Telkom I can't wait to cancel both my contract with Telkom and Finrite when my contract is up next year!
