Finrite is *****ing my money
Mid June I contacted FINRITE to cancel my insurance as I could no longer afford it thanks to COVID and a cut in my salary.
A Gentleman by the name of Tshepo Marokhane phoned me and convinced me to change my cover from comprehensive to accidental cover as it was much cheaper. I agreed to it, he sent me a document to complete and it was moved. No problem.
Fast forward to 9th August and I get a message stating that my comprehensive insurance has been activated. This was done without me approving it and with no communication with me whatsoever. This is quite frankly ******* as you cannot make changes to my account without my knowledge.
On the 12th August I email Tshepo again but until this day I am yet to receive a response from him. This is just poor poor service. At this point I don’t know whats going on but I see my insurance is no longer showing when I access the Vodacom app.
On the 29th September I get ANOTHER sms stating that my comprehensive insurance has again been activated. I immediately email Tshepo AGAIN telling what has happened and go as far as to say that I will be taking this issue further and STILL I am yet to receive a reply from him.
My issue was again resolved but with zero communication, zero apology. Not a single communication from Vodacom or Finrite. Today the 26th November 2020 my insurance has yet again been increased without my permission.
I also need to add that with every email ive copied in Thuto Mashigo and Kathlego Molefe but have not received a single reply from anyone.
