Finrite is simply outrageous!

"Trust that this email finds you well. This unit came back to us with new damage and will be a second claim, new excess fee. Please urgently advise with the first repair on 2020/09/03, we replaced the complete LCD, touch and did reflow The device was returned as a re-assessment on 19/10/2020 with new liquid damage, warranty seal was removed and screen was opened. Please see attached photo of new damage. Please advise if we should proceed with the repair, which will be charged again".

This is how we predicted they would go about everything. You don't need to be an acturial scientist to make this kind of prediction. The phone was not okay the day we received. We even wanted to leave it at the Brooklyn store but the manager refused to take it in. my husband took the phone to istore the very day and they found problems. Now they are telling us it is a new problem and water water damage? In case you didn't know an iphone can give statics and information on whether or not is has been used. Check that out for yourself. That phone was not used. Also in case you did not know Jean Billings, that iphone 8 plus is a water resistent handset. If you have your underwriters helping you get more bucks out of customers, I suggest we take this matter to the consumer ombudsman. You deliberately delayed coming to pick up this device so the three months can lapse. Guess what darling, we never used it and you can check the phone usage reports. That water damage on a water resistant phone is a terrible lie and I will prove it by the consumer ombudsman. Also not replying to my emails is bad customer service.

It also makes sense why one of the store employees told us to "lose the device" and get a replacement but we are good Christians who will not do such *******. Just replace that handset because you took it to Telkom to repair it instead of istore and now they damaged it and you want to lie. Try another lie.
