Finrite is Pathetic a usual

Ive have laid a complaint already and still no feedback from finrite.

i phoned finrite on monday 24/02/2020 regarding my phone being ******, and i was told i will get a call by wednesday latest thursday 27/02/2020.

and no feedback as yet.

i phoned on friday the 28/02/2020 and i was waiting for 15 minutes and then call was just dropped.

what **** is this from Finrite this is damn pathetic.

i expect to be called immediately, as i cannot wait any longer for feedback regarding my phone.
