Finrite is pathetic

Finrites service has been absolutely shocking..... no call backs as promised on every single occasion i have called. I regret taking up the phone insurance as cancelling it has been a mission and a half..... well its still not cancelled and i keep getting the same lame system issue excuse. " its a system issue sir we received your request to cancel but till then we will continue billing and charging you for insurance you don't want"
