Finrite is dishonest and ***********

If you really wanna get a bad service try Finrite I don't know if they are *********** or they really don't want to do their job. I have been struggling for the past 3 weeks and couple of days for them just to send a courier to collect a cellphone. Everytime when I call I get someone telling me their phones don't have warranty in South Africa I don't know that are they aware of such because clearly that's a violation of the laws in South Africa, if that's not the case they telling me they gonna escalate the matter to their team leader but still 3 weeks and a couple of days later am still waiting for feedback or assistance
