Finrite is a ****
It's been 4 weeks without my device I sent to repairs. Mind you I wasn't receiving any communication from the company about anything, I had to call every day for feedback. They keep saying I'm gonna receive a phone call about my replacement option but it's been week waiting and keep saying 48 hours, I call after 2 days and they say another 48 hours. I'm cancelling my policy and filing a complaint with the ombudsman
