Telkom took an alternate number to contact regarding my phone however they try contact me on my number WHEN I DON'T HAVE A PHONE since its with them for repairs.

After I call them today they tell me they are waiting for POP when I was never told to pay or given banking details????

I receive banking details and try pay.... and get an error.

I call back... and I'm told you ONLY pay inside a branch not online??? SERIOUSLY??? 2019!!!!

I must leave work and go find a branch...

I ask to speak to a manager...I'm told we just moved offices and there are NO TEAM LEADERS ON SITE?

AFTER THIS CLAIM PLEASE CANCEL MY INSURANCE!!!!
