Finrite is a *****

About 2 months ago, I wrote a review on Finrite about the our cellphones that my husband has been trying to claim since last year May, the sad thing is he keeps paying insurance every month for the devices that we don't even have. About 2 months ago, I reported this matter and the response was they were going to attend to it, all the insurances companies now are operating and I haven't heard a word from Finrite. This is just acceptable and *****ing your customers, we have paid the cover for the whole year for something that we don't even have. I will gladly like a refund for all thus months we have been paying and process our claim before I take this matter further.
