Finrite iPhone Insurance Policy not done properly by Finrite

In May 2019 I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Note8 to an Apple iPhone XS Max 256GB on Vodacom, I was then contacted by Finrite employees to Insure my iPhone XS Max for the day it arrives. On 22 February 2020 I lost my iPhone XS Max 256GB to theft, I submitted a claim, Finrite approved the claim but to my shock it seems the employee never put the iPhone XS Max on my insurance policy, meaning that I cannot get the correct phone to replace the ****** one.

I am incredibly frustrated at Finrite and I am tempted to take legal action, I want ALL Call Recordings from May 2019 to be brought forward, as the agent I dealt with had said they will indeed Comprehensively Insure my iPhone XS Max before it arrives and it turns out that they did not do so.

I want a full replacement of my Apple iPhone XS Max 256GB ASAP.

Good day, I continue to be incredibly unhappy with my experience with you. I cancelled my phone insurance policy back in March after a terrible experience with your service, now I look at my December Vodacom Contract Statement and I see 2 Comprehensive Cell Phone cover charges. I called Finrite and was told a policy was activated on 26th November yet I NEVER made any contact or asked for any cover to be activated. I want this to be thoroughly investigated or I am going to the insurance ombudsman as this is awful service.

You claimed you were goin got get back to me "(Usually within 48 hours)", that was on the 11th December, we are now on the 19th of December, I have not heard a single thing, continuing to be a terrible experience with you, this is exactly why I cancelled my policy wit you, why are you not able to answer a simple question? I never started another policy with you, so explain to me why I am being charged? I am tempted to go to the insurance ombudsman as clearly you are not taking any of this seriously at all.
