Finrite Insurance should be discontinued

I have had countless complaints about this company and they just keep giving me more reasons to never stop. I was disgusted by Finrite's service, so I cancelled their services on the 28/08/2018. My problem is that, they are still charging me monthly for the insurance I cancelled. I collected invoices and sent them as proof to Finrite on 11/02/2019 and I got no feedback. Then called the company numerous times and their *********** agents tell me that the matter is with their finance department and they have no idea when I will get feedback. So there is no turn around time for my issue and they will keep invoicing me for a service I cancelled. This company is a joke
